A new series from EpicTV, yoga instructor Eithne Kane demonstrates some routines aimed specifically at climbers. From warm-ups, to hip and leg exercises, to a full body warm-down, this series will help you to improve overall strength and flexibility, as well as core stability and balance. More than that, the workout your opposing muscles will get from these routines will help prevent injury, while the calming effects will help you move more efficiently, and remain cool headed on the wall.
