“A big part of surfing over here is how beautiful the actual surroundings are” says South African import and Mullaghmore regular Barry Mottershead. The barrels at Mullaghmore may be off the hook but surfing Ireland also about the craic, as the locals so succinctly put it - there are a bunch of points, reefs and beach breaks to rip.

Threading edges begins as Autumn draws to a close in the Northwest of Ireland and finishes after one of the gnarliest winters the Northwest has ever seen. Conor Maguire and Barry Mottershead along with the tight-knit local fully crew plan to focus all their attention on riding the biggest swells of the Winter.
