The new Verdon Rock Shoe from Five Ten is a flat lasted shoe that is absolutely perfect for edging. Its conventional shape means that it won't suit boulderers, but trad and sport climbers who spend most of their time on limestone are going to absolutely love them. The edge of the shoe comes to an extremely sharp point at the front ensuring great performance on pocketed routes. The Verdon is currently only available in a lace version with a Velcro model due for release next year.
