Complete Climbing Workout Without Shoes
Sometimes you hit the Climbing Gym, super psyched, just to realize that you forgot your Shoes. So did I recently, thus I performed only exercises which do not require shoes (Training for Climbing at its best). Session Stats are listed after each Workout for full Reproducibility. And I became Wolverine. I tackled: Upper Body and Finger Power by Brachiating Boulders, Explosiveness and Contanct Strength on the Campusboard, Upper Body and Core Strength on the Bar, and Finger Strength on the Hangboard. It was a very intense day, the regimen was rather advanced. So be sure to warm up properly before engaging in any of these exercises, and don't forget to take good care of your body in general.
