Campusboard Session For Softies : A Beginner Oriented Campusboard Drill
In this video I'm going to show you a very basic, beginner oriented campusboard drill. It's perfectly suited for people, who just want to start incorporating the campusboard into their training in order to make some gains in upper body explosiveness and contact strength. Keep in mind that in my opinion, it doesn't make much sense to hit the campusboard hard if you can't perform a basic 1-2-3. In this case you would probably progress faster by just getting some more climbing meters in until some strength gains occurred.
