In Episode 3 of Long Live Roch, Roch and his buddies make the first snowboard descent of the North West face of the Aiguille de la Berangere in the Mont Blanc range. The face is 800m of vertical descent, a mostly 45 - 50° slope from 3425m up.
The team split boarded for six and a half hours up 2200 meters to reach the descent with no rappel, and had an amazing ride down - watch 'n see!
Roch Malnuit is a pro snowboarder, BASE jumper and wingsuit pilot with ten years experience BASE jumping (taught by his dad), countless years snowboarding and climbing experience and a lifelong passion for playing in the mountains.
