27th of February 2011 Marja Persson stood on the start of
the Kirkwood FWT, ready to kick some ass. Instead she broke her pelvis in
several places, vertebra, 5 ribs and ripped her spleen. One and a half
years later in October 2012 she had to have another operation to fix one of the
unhealed pelvic bones. The rehab road is windy and it doesn’t always go as
planned. We will let you come along on that long and bumpy road with the goal
to get back to the glorious life of skiing without pain.
