Raw, down-turned edging power is the main function of this high-performance, brilliantly designed classic, the Testarossa. La Sportiva use a strategically placed pattern of leather (which stretches where you need it to) and Lorica (which doesn’t stretch) in the upper to produce one of the most powerful edging shoes on the market. A 3D cupped hytrel midsole under the toes ties into a high tension figure-of-eight rand that allows you to grab features with your feet and charge up sport routes or steep boulder problems. A great shoe for climbers with slightly wider feet.
