There are only three rules at the EC4 trails in Łódź, Poland: 1. No pedaling. 2. No tail whips. 3. If you ride the jumps you need to help maintain the jumps. Course, everyone ignores number 3.
Despite the small maintenance team, the EC4 trails is one of the cooler jump tracks in Europe. Built and maintained for over 10 years, this is a demanding, curvy course full of corners, hips, bumps and anything else the course designers feel like throwing at you. And yea, they love throwing things at you. Don't be fooled by the small size of the jumps either, the tightness of the course combined with all the trees means you can easily get hurt if you're not focused and well prepared.
