First up we’ve got news from the Frankenjura area of Germany, which it would seem is the place to be right now after both Alex Megos and Melissa Le Neve have had extremely successful trips there in the past few weeks.
Alex managed to climb Action Directe, the World’s first 9a, in just 2 hours
Melissa Le Neve, meanwhile, has climbed Wolfgang Gullich’s classic 8c, Wallstreet, which was the first route in the World of that grade when it was climbed in 1987.
