German climber Alexander Megos has made the first ascent of what was known as 'The Red Project' at Diamond Falls in the Blue Mountains, Australia. The name of the new route is Retired Extremely Dangerous and the grade is ~9a. This is now the hardest climb IN AUSTRALIA.
