If you were lucky enough to catch the livestream of this year's lead climbing world cup from Chamonix, France, you may have noticed something different about the coverage. As well as the usual shots of the climber's attempts on the final route, the live stream also featured some incredible panoramic shots taking in the competition wall, the crowd and of course the spectacular surroundings of Chamonix itself. This was all achieved with the help of drone manufacturer DJI who filmed with their Inspire 1 drone to provide those incredible aerial shots. We followed the guys throughout the day to find out how the process of filming came together. Filming Competition Climbing From The Sky | EpicTV Climbing Daily, Ep. 567
