The IFSC Bouldering World Cup headed to Munich, Germany for the final round of the season. The Olympic stadium had a packed crowd for the finals, who enjoyed the sunshine after a rainy qualification round. Shauna Coxsey had already won the overall title before coming to Munich but the men’s competition was still up for grabs. Tomoa Narasaki needed to beat his teammate Kokoro Fujii top win the overall gold. In the women’s comp Miho Nonaka took the win, with Shauna in second place and Akiyo Noguchi taking the bronze. The mens comp saw Tomoa Narasaki taking the win, Jongwon Chon in second and Alexey Rubtsov coming third. The overall wins went to Britain’s Shauna Coxsey for the women and Japan’s Tomoa Narasaki for the men. Japan Dominates Final IFSC Bouldering World Cup | Climbing Daily Ep.760
