In this Training Episode I'm going to demonstrate a Series of Progressive Exercises which ultimately leads to the Muscle Up, one of the most Complete Compound Moves on the Pull Up Bar that I know of. It requires both the pulling and the pushing department of the upper body, from lats and biceps to abs, chest and triceps, and it also demands quite a lot of explosive strength/power.

Pull Ups (standard/wide grip/close grip)
L-sit or Leg-raise Pull Ups
Clapping Pull Ups
Push Ups (standard/wide grip/parallel grip)
Triangle Push Ups
Tiger Push Ups
Clapping Push Ups
and lots of Muscle Ups.
