A full day of training for rock climbing, including campusboard, bouldering and hangboard workouts. I can feel that I got stronger compared to my fitness assessments, already! Potential imitators should keep in mind that the exercises on the hangboard, and especially on the campusboard, are suited for rather advanced climbers, so don't wreck yourself! It might make more sense to check out some Beginner Oriented Training Tutorials on my channel, if you're in that stage. I hope I could deliver some workout motivation to you guys, and I'll see you soon!
