First, we’ve got some footage of one of the scariest looking boulder problems we’ve ever seen. It lies in the Sabanillas area of Mexico, which is an area of volcanic rock that locals are in the process of developing. So far they’ve created 180 problems of between V1 and V11 but they reckon there at least 100 more to do. More than 95% of the problems currently climbed have been done by Luis Cajero, who appears in this video, but he’s really trying to publicise the area and get other climbers to go and check it out. Fortunately for any potential visitors, this problem we’re showing isn’t the norm, and the average height of the problems is 3 metres.
Next, we’ve got the latest in our Tuesday training tips series, this time with 9a onsighter Alex Megos.
Alex reveals the one thing you're probably doing wrong that he's doing right. So listen up.
